Thirty Plus was born out of a simple truth: we deserved better rooms. Better music. Better energy. And better representation.

Founded in Charlotte, NC, Thirty Plus is a lifestyle and nightlife brand designed for Black professionals, creatives, and tastemakers age 30 and up. The ones who’ve grown into themselves and still know how to command a room. We create tailored, intentional spaces where people can connect, celebrate, and be reminded that grown isn’t boring, it’s powerful.

But more than a vibe, Thirty Plus is a collective of Black men building something together.
With roots in music, media, business, and culture, we’ve come together to create a brand that looks like us, feels like us, and moves with love, excellence, and presence.

• Xavier – The Visionary & CEO. Founder of Thirty Plus. Marketing mind. Cultural architect. The one making sure the brand not only looks right but feels right.

• Hollywood – The DJ and COO. The sound selector and energy controller. Keeps the rooms moving and the music tailored to our grown, global flavor.

• SiFi – The Numbers Guy. Our CFO. Analytical, disciplined, and focused. He ensures the business runs with precision while keeping eyes on expansion.

• Ron Styles – The Multimedia Maven. Our Head of Media. Business-minded and creative-driven. Brings the eye for visuals, and storytelling.

• Reno – The Audio-Visual Ace. Multi-talented creative with a gift for photography, engineering, and bringing ideas to life on film and in sound.

• Steelo – A Gifted Cameraman and Editor. His creative direction helps shape the visual identity of the brand across photo, video, and digital platforms.
