What is Thirty Plus?
Thirty Plus is a nightlife and lifestyle brand designed for Black professionals, creatives, and tastemakers age 30 and up. We host tailored events in Charlotte from monthly flagship parties to private dinners and outdoor cookouts all designed for grown energy, cultural connection, and undeniable vibes.
Do I have to be 30 to attend?
While the brand is built for the 30+ community, we welcome mature-minded guests in their 20s. The energy is grown if you respect that, you’re good.
What’s the dress code?
Grown and fly. Each event may have a theme or suggested vibe, but we expect intentional style. No athletic wear, flip flops, or anything that doesn’t match the energy. When in doubt: dress like you’re stepping into the room you’ve been waiting for.
Are your events ticketed?
Some events are free with RSVP, others are ticketed especially our signature and premium experiences. Members get early RSVP access and comped tickets.
How often do you host events?
At minimum, once per month. But members get access to additional mixers, lounges, and surprise drops throughout the season.

Can I book Thirty Plus at my venue?
Yes. We partner with select venues that match our brand and values. Use the Contact Page and let us know your space, availability, and budget.
How can I sponsor an event or the brand?
We work with sponsors who believe in empowering Black professionals and building intentional culture. Whether you’re a liquor brand, lifestyle company, or corporate group, we’d love to talk. Hit the Contact Page and let us know what you have in mind.
Can I vend or table at your events?
Only at select community activations. Feel free to introduce yourself via our Contact page and we’ll follow up if there’s a fit.
MEMBERSHIP
Is there a free membership option?
Yes! Our free tier — The Vibe — gives you early RSVP access, monthly perks, and priority invites to community events. It’s the easiest way to tap in and stay connected.
What’s the difference between Gold and Platinum?
Gold is great if you come to most of our signature events and want to skip the line, get a drink, and bring a guest.
Platinum is for the ones who want it all — access to every event, premium guest perks, birthday gifts, and multiple drinks per night.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade your tier whenever you want. And there’s no cancellation fee. We move like grown folks.
How do guest passes work?
Depending on your tier, you can bring a +1 or +2 to signature events. You’ll receive a special code or link for your guest to RSVP once you’ve claimed your pass for that event.

& Content
Can I use photos from your events?
We share professional photos in our Media Hub and tag guests when possible. You’re welcome to repost anything you’re featured in. Please remember credit to the photographer. We leave their information with every photo posted
Can I bring a camera or shoot content?
If you’re a photographer, videographer, or content creator interested in capturing the event, we love to work with professionals — but please reach out first. We aim to protect the guest experience and overall vibe.

Where are events held?
We pop up in different venues around Charlotte, but always with intention. Event locations are revealed once you RSVP or purchase your ticket.
Is Thirty Plus a private company or collective?
Thirty Plus is a Black-owned business and collective led by a team of creative, business, and culture-driven Black men based in Charlotte. We’re building a brand and a legacy together.
